Meet The Wild Way Coaches

Our Wild Way coaches have each walked their own healing journeys.
They don’t understand this work only intellectually, they understand it through their own nervous systems and their own bodies.

Everyone who walks The Wild Way becomes humbled by the extraordinary intelligence of the body. When we stop fighting it, stop overriding it, and begin feeding it what it truly requires, the body takes the lead, and something remarkable unfolds.

Our coaches have witnessed this transformation in themselves and in with the women they have shared The Wild Way with. They know what it looks like when metabolism begins to stabilise, when the nervous system settles, and when symptoms start to soften.

They are here to support you through your 30 Day Reset, to guide you gently, and to celebrate the changes that happen when your body is finally given the conditions it needs to heal.

I know perimenopause isn’t “just a phase,” it can feel like your body is fading fast! I’ve been there. I once struggled with many of the same symptoms, both physical and emotional from intense brain fog, fatigue, muscle weakness, anxiety, fear, dread and that sense of not recognising yourself anymore.

Through my own journey of walking the Wild Way™ I was able to reverse the majority of them. Today, my body feels like it’s come back online, it's steady, responsive, and strong again.

Because I’ve lived it, I truly understand how confusing, frustrating, and isolating it can feel, and because I’ve walked this path personally, I understand the fear, frustration, and grief that can come with this season of life. I also understand how vulnerable it can feel to ask for help. As a coach, I offer a compassionate, gentle approach, one that honors your body, your nervous system, and your unique experience. I don’t believe in forcing or fixing; I believe in walking alongside you, supporting you step by step as you reconnect with your health, strength, and sense of self. You don’t have to navigate perimenopause alone, I’m here to walk with you.

I came to The Wild Way through lived experience, not theory. Years of chronic illness, nervous system overload, metabolic dysfunction, and being told “this is just menopause” left my body exhausted, inflamed, and unsupported.

With a background in therapy and years of living through these challenges myself, I understand both the emotional and physical side of navigating long-term symptoms and menopause.

What I’ve learned here isn’t about forcing change it’s about listening, nourishing, and giving the body the stability and safety it’s been asking for.

I support women who feel dismissed, depleted, and disconnected from their bodies, walking alongside them as they stop blaming themselves and start responding to what their body truly needs.
