At its core, it is an animal based approach centred on ruminant meat and animal fats, eggs and dairy (where tolerated,) seafood and shellfish, minerals, hydration, and circadian rhythm support and simple routines that bring the nervous system back to safety
This is not a calorie plan and it’s not a willpower challenge, far from it! It is a unique 4 phase reset of the internal conditions that drive cravings, inflammation, hormonal symptoms, mood instability, and stubborn weight gain.
You will need to be willing to eat meat.
